Looking for something to do this summer? Why not visit one of the top car shows?

Summer’s upon us, we’re hoping it’s going to be a hot one with plenty of weekends to kick back and enjoy some of the fantastic motor events happening across the country.

Motor fanatics are in for a treat as there’s plenty of action planned for the coming months, we’re just hoping the weather doesn’t let us down!


First up this weekend it’s CarFest North at the Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire, July 28-30. CarFest presents a unique mix of music, cars and fun. As the brainchild of Chris Evans, it’s a weekend of entertainment for all the family.
If you’re based further south, don’t worry you won’t miss out as the same weekend there’s the Silverstone Classic. An action-packed weekend filled with motor racing, live music, aerial displays, live demonstrations and lots more.


 If supercars are more your thing then The Supercar Weekend at Beaulieu in Hampshire on August 5-6 is a must-attend event. See displays of prestigious supercars and hear their distinctive engine notes as they unleash their horsepower on the demonstration run. The Supercar Weekend is a must for all supercar enthusiasts, providing an opportunity to get almost close enough to touch these impressive motors.

CarFest South returns to Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire on August 25 -27 CarFest South for another round of entertainment. Billed to be as equally as exciting as its Northern cousin, it promises to be another fun-filled weekend for all the family.


Goodwood Revival, goes ahead on 8-10 September. A three-day festival celebrating the halcyon days of motor racing with the accompanying glamour of the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s.

There’s still usually plenty of sunshine in September so The Big Welsh Show on September 17 is sure to be a hit. This year it will be held at a new venue – Chepstow Racecourse in Monmouthshire. There’s something for everyone – classic cars, crafts, food and music, and activities for the little ones. This year there will be a huge funfair and children’s activities including circus skills to keep the children occupied.
