The process was extremely easy
The process was extremely easy to get my car that met the requirements for me and my family.
Slightly disappointed as the date I was originally told wasn’t met which meant I had to make other arrangements. I was also really surprised that my car wasn’t cleaned on the outside with less than 1/4 tank of fuel and no car mats.
I’m extremely happy with the Nissan overall but I suppose my expectations where higher. Recommend you advise customers there won’t be car mats, minimal fuel and potentially won’t be cleaned after been driven over 200 miles.

Efficient sales process
Positives: Efficient sales process. Car arrived on the day, early morning, delivery driver , friendly etc . Car was immaculate INSIDE.
Negatives: Car was covered in rain dust outside and looked like it has been driven in the desert, Also there was 138 miles on the clock , Purfleet is about 38 miles from my house. (The driver told me it was distributed from Purfleet)

I've had 4 cars from V4B
I have dealt with V4B for my last 4 cars and there is a reason i keep coming back , they just get it right! Price is always competitive and the level of service is always high . I initially dealt with them after a bad experience with another broker and as you can imagine i was very dubious but I knew I wanted to deal with a business who was established . No wonder they have lasted 30 years in the industry they just make the experience pain free and seamless . I for one wouldn't go anywhere else , keep up the good work Team its very much appreciated .

A really great company
We were looking for another car as our previous car's clutch finally gave out. We were looking at leasing a 2nd hand car as we just didn't have the money to shell out on a decent car. When we had decided on the vehicle and had found some about 3 or 4 years old with a few minor bumps and scrapes I came across the V4B website and couldn't believe they were offering a brand new version of the car at the same price!

I like the service, offer great competitive deals on the cars, however my experience took a downturn towards the end due to sudden revoking of the price that i had been offered on a car. Though i don't think they could have done much on their end! I had a secured a deal for a Mercedes through carwow and the agent (Dave) handled my queries. He was excellent and handles my queries superbly. Had my finance approved and when we went to order through the dealership we were told that the car i had been looking at was no longer accepting order and thus my order was no longer valid. Great car and service - no fue...
This is the first lease car i have had. The whole process went very well and the staff were helpfull. The financisl side of things was pretty easy to set up. The delivery went well too and the car arrived on the arranged day. Im very pleased with the car. Only negative was the car arrived with next to no fuel. The red warning light came on when i got to the end of the street. I wasnt expecting a full tank but a quarter to get me going would have been nice. I alsofelt the guy who delivered it couldnt wait to get away and didnt take the time to talk over the car and explain how things worked.

We have used V4B for 15 years for personal cars and business fleet and recommended them to all our friends. Nobody has a bad word to say about them. All the team care about the advice they give. I have been billed nearly £200 for not initiating the collection of my leased car, even though I had an end of contract date with V4B. Instead of instructing you clearly that you need to make arrangements prior to your end of contract date, instead they bombard you with emails offering an extension to your contract or to take out a new contract with them. I complained to their recommended email for complaints but only had a reply from the same lady who I initially complained to?? They found me the best price for my Peugeot 3008 hybrid that I could find anywhere online so chose V4B. However… car delivered, without promised ‘granny charger’ to enable me to charge the vehicle at home until I could get a charging port installed. Customer service far from helpful, insinuated I was lying about it. Eventually offered to cover half the cost of a charger as a ‘goodwill gesture.’ This took 3 days. Advised to buy a certain charger, so wanted to check that it was suitable for the charging socket on the car. Upon checking I discovered that the surround of the socket was damaged!! Jordan was fantastic from day 1, I’d explained I’d been messed around & needed to get a vehicle ASAP, he not only manage to find me the specific vehicle I wanted, he also got it at an unbeatable price! The service I received was second to none, Jordan gave me updates everyday without even having to ask. Once my order had been processed I was then passed over to Yasmin who was just as incredible & nothing was too much to ask! I was given a projected delivery date by Kira who was going to be away for effectively 4 days but suggested I could get an update in her absence from her colleagues. This car was required urgently & 2 days later, Yasmin promised to ring straight back. After 6 hours I again tried to get an update but was told she was busy & would ring back immediately. This happened FOUR times & one of her colleagues even refused to put my call through to a director or a manager - she 'couldn't' & then that they were 'busy'! Frustrated? Exasperated? Great company for car leases
I had leased an Audi A4 from them 2 years ago and the service was brilliant. The car delivery and pick up was scheduled perfectly. I was offered good and quick advice when I needed an extension on my car towards the end of the contract. All the details regarding the car were provided in good time to avoid any issues. Shame I couldn’t get any better deal the next time around as I would have carried on with them. But nevertheless I found them trust worthy and helpful throughout my lease duration and would use them again next time around.

We have used V4B on 2 occasions in the past and have been very happy with them, when we can e to renew in January we found their service was not quite as good as our previous experience. Enquires went without answer and we had to continually chase for answers/information. This happed at a time when their web site had undergone a revamp, for the worst in our opinion, browsing became difficult and cumbersome, deals headlined were no longer available by the time we received responses. Extremely poor service!! Made an enquiry on 5th July with Stewart regarding a BMW 530e for my business. Discussed figures and all seemed great and was told vehicles will arrive mid August and i could pick one that would arrive in the first week of Sept in time for the new reg. I ordered my car last Year and find leasing through on line agents very easy and straightforward to order. There was a lot of paperwork and logging via an online app which for someone a little older can be challenging but it all made sense. The updates were very good and aftercare probably better than I have received previously. I would definitely use V4B in the future.

I really like this company but unfortunately the new website is really poor, difficult to navigate etc. I really dont understand what was wrong with the old website, so many companies change their website for change sake and drop the proverbial. Staff were extremely rude when I questioned their prices, what they are advertising is not what you get. Will not be using and will instead be going elsewhere. You've just lost a customer! Never had any problem with V4B in the past until it came to a dispute regarding a service charge. Customer Services proved to be unhelpful, gave out glib replies and did not want to get involved. Needless to say I nor any of my colleagues will be using them again. Recommend potential customers go direct to the main car dealerships for better (and cheaper) rentals.

Very quick turnaround and deli...
A brilliant service provided by V4B, very quick turnaround and delivery of the car. They responded promptly to my request and sourced a number of different car and colour options. Once we'd decided on which car to lease and the paperwork completed/approved which took less than 24 hours, the car arrived within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend and would use again if looking for a vehicle lease.
