Do we charge for our services?
We charge a processing fee of between £0 and £1000 ex VAT per order which is non-refundable.
This fee covers without limitation the sourcing of a vehicle, sourcing of finance and order placement. The applicable amount is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the nature of the order, customer profile and other relevant circumstances. The precise sum payable will be confirmed on your Quote & Vehicle Order Form and shall become due immediately upon receipt of the corresponding invoice. It will be payable by the following means:-
Debit/Credit Card
Bank Transfer
Delaying payment may result in delays in your order or effect the rates quotes.
In the event the order is cancelled at any point V4B Ltd will retain the processing fee to cover costs and expenses incurred.
Do we charge for cancellations?
To cancel your order please email help@v4b.co.uk with your Name, Order Reference, Vehicle Ordered and Reason for Cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation request V4B Ltd will liaise with the funder and/or dealer and confirm any cancellation charges from them.
We are permitted by law to retain/pursue payment of the Processing Fee to cover costs we have incurred in processing your order.
Regulated (Personal Contracts) - If you cancel within the 14days of signing the order form no cancellation fee’s will be charged and the order cancelled. We are permitted by law to retain/pursue payment of the Processing Fee to cover costs we have incurred in processing your order.
If you cancel after 14days of signing the V4B Ltd order form you will be charged £300 inc VAT.
Unregulated (Business Contracts) - If you cancel any time after signing the order form you will be you will be charged £600 ex VAT.
Do we charge for changes to the order or amendments to the finance agreement once live?
We charge a processing fee up to £360 inc VAT per amendment. The fee covers the administration of the amendments and is determined by nature of the amendment, customer profile and other relevant circumstances. The precise sum payable will be confirmed with you and shall become due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
