What is an Information Notice?

The Finance Conduct Authority require us to prove you with a document called an Information Notice. This document provides information about us, who regulates us, the services we provide, what we charge for our services and cancellation and complaints procedures.

Who are V4B Ltd and who regulates us?

V4B Ltd specialise in Personal and Business Vehicle leasing having been in the industry 29+ years. Our registered office is Ellkat House, Coed Aben Road, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham. LL13 9UH.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – Firm reference 669956. This can be verified by visiting the FCA’s website. We are a member of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Agency) – Membership Number 895.

Do we charge for our services?

We charge a non-refundable processing fee of between £0-£1200 inc VAT per order. This fee covers the cost of sourcing a vehicle, arranging finance, and processing your order.

The amount charged will be determined before you proceed with your order and will reflect objective factors such as type and value of vehicle selected, the complexity of the transaction, the amount of administrative work required, and any additional services requested. We will always disclose the Processing Fee to you in advanced and obtain your agreement before any charge is applied. All fees are calculated in a fair, consistent, and proportionate manner.

The processing fee will be invoiced by V4B Ltd upon receipt of your signed order form and is payable by debit or credit card or bank transfer.

Failure to pay the processing fee on time may result in delays to the processing of your order.

In the event the order is cancelled V4B Ltd will retain the processing fee to cover costs and expenses incurred.

Do we charge for cancellations?

To cancel your order please email [email protected] with your Name, Order Reference, Vehicle Ordered and Reason for Cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation request V4B Ltd will liaise with the funder and/or dealer and confirm any cancellation charges from them.

We are permitted by law to retain/pursue payment of the Processing Fee to cover costs we have incurred in processing your order.

Regulated (Personal Contracts) — If you cancel within the 14days of signing the order form no cancellation fee’s will be charged and the order cancelled. We are permitted by law to retain/pursue payment of the Processing Fee to cover costs we have incurred in processing your order.

If you cancel after 14days of signing the V4B Ltd order form you will be charged £450 inc VAT.

Unregulated (Business Contracts) — If you cancel any time after signing the order form you will be you will be charged £750 ex VAT.

Do we charge for changes to the order or amendments to the finance agreement once live?

We charge a processing fee up to £360 inc VAT per amendment. The fee covers the administration of the amendments and is determined by nature of the amendment, customer profile and other relevant circumstances. The precise sum payable will be confirmed with you and shall become due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
